Our most popular and cost effective style is the Grazing Platter, where a flow of beautifully presented food displayed on grazing boards is passed around or stationed. Let not the word "grazing" fool you, the food is incredibly substantial. This can be steak with tabbouleh, grilled salmon with soba noodles or just little risotto balls.
