Bio-Individuality : The only constant in life is change

We have to understand our own unique constitution and our changing needs throughout life.

Bio-individuality is the concept that can help us embrace the beauty of a flexible integrative approach to nutrition that’s constantly changing because we’re always changing too!

When we start to think about our ancestors and the different approaches to their diets, we will recognise there’s no one right diet that works for everyone as we are all different.

We are way too individualistic to eat all the same food to thrive. You may want to check out Ph360 Epigenetic Profiling

One example of using bio-individuality is going to be our ancestors, based on where we’re from. If our ancestors ate and thrived on certain foods, there’s a good chance that we would too.

If you are Asian, you are likely to thrive on rice, vegetables and fish.

You also have to eat differently based on your age and your life stage. Especially women. A woman who’s in her fertile years can eat differently than a woman who is actually trying to conceive, or in her 60s, or a woman who’s pregnant, or who’s nursing, or in perimenopause and moving into menopause. We’re always changing.

There are so many diets these days - vegan, vegetarian, Mediterranean, gluten-free, dairy- free, paleo, ketogenic. I really don’t care about what others are doing but I stick to QUALITARIAN diet. I eat small amount of ethically, organically sourced animal products and I keep it clean and whole.

Basically eating high quality organic & wholefood.
